Sarah is the backbone of our team. As our Office Manager, she is always positive and kind-hearted, making sure that nothing is too much trouble for her to help with.

Sarah is an essential support function for everyone in the business, handling all the essential but unglamorous tasks that would easily be forgotten without her. Her work enables our teams to be exceptional, and we couldn't function without her. Plus, she's a saint for putting up with Lee Chambers both at work and at home.

Adrian brings a unique flair to EquiTech Group that sets him apart from everyone else. Known for his jovial and kind nature, Adrian goes above and beyond to help anyone in need. Just don't ask him about his time at Gloucester Rugby Club, or you'll find yourself lost in hours of his endless, yet amusing stories.

With close to two decades of experience in the IT and Cyber Security industry, Adrian has a wealth of knowledge and expertise. He works closely with many of our strategic partners and customers, playing a pivotal role in driving the business forward.

Trent is our office monster, not only is he a giant man, but his work rate is monstrous too. We're yet to find a sport that Trent isn't exceptional at, it must be his South African genes taking effect.

We've never met someone with such resilience and persistence. His only weakness is his terrible choice in football team. Also, he's conveniently English when the football World Cup or Euros are on, but when it's the rugby World Cup, he's a Springbok.

Carl was our first ever employee and he's one of the most dedicated members of staff. He's someone we can rely on for anything, the type of person we're proud to say is part of the EquiTech Team.

Rarely have we met someone who's so conscientious. Our customers love Carl because of his personable nature; he really takes the time to help anyone, he doesn't rush things, and gives every person the time and care they deserve. Carl loves his gaming, he's a clean freak, but he does suffer from a faulty alarm clock, plus, he's prone to losing his keys. EquiTech without Carl is not an EquiTech we want to know. We couldn't have picked a better first employee if we tried, if we could clone him we would.

Alex joined EquiTech Group as an apprentice in the service team, but he is fast becoming our future superstar and one to watch. Alex could best be described as a meticulous machine; he's thorough and stupidly efficient.

Don't get Alex on the topic of football, like any Leicester City fan, he'll name drop their title win whenever he can. What you wouldn't know about Alex is that he's a weight lifting junior champion, which comes in handy when we need to move some tables around, not so handy when he tightens some monitor arms to the extent that only Hercules can undo them. He also loves an adventure, hiking, and his time in the cadets. Alex is a massive asset to our team.

Chris, coined 'The Norminator' is one of our talented architects, known for being cool, calm, and collected in every situation. In a former life, Chris was the CTO of a large cloud provider, so there's not much Chris doesn't know when it comes to cloud, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity.

This expertise is why so many customers specifically request Chris for their project work. Outside of work, Chris is a regular at Northampton Saints, having been a season ticket holder for many years. Additionally, you'll struggle to find a pub in Northampton that Chris hasn't frequented.

Tom was nicknamed the iceman early on at EquiTech Group, not only for the link with his surname, but because the man is unphaseable (if that’s a word). He's so strong-willed, never tempted to stray away from his strict diet, even when the office has pizzas or Five Guys ordered in.

He has to be the most level-headed person in the team; we've never seen Tom anything other than calm and collected...the true iceman. Tom loves his cars and is handy under the hood of the bonnet, which is where you'll find him in his spare time.

James is the heart and soul of the office. When James isn't around, you know it. He brings with him such positivity, there isn't a moment of the day he's not laughing and joking in some way, making the EquiTech office a fun place to be.

He's a country music convert, a massive fan of a sing-song (constantly out of tune), and a football fanatic. There isn't a customer that doesn't love James, because he will do everything conceivable to make sure they are looked after. EquiTech is a better place because of James, just don't get him talking about conspiracy theories...

Lee is another one of our talented architects, known for his strategic vision like no other technical engineer. This unique ability is why he frequently helps organizations with strategic advice and developments, often partnering with many as their part-time IT Director.

Lee has an infectious personality that makes everyone want to be around him, as he's such good fun. Outside of work, Lee loves his motorbikes and, for his sins, supports a woeful Manchester United.

Our MD, Simon, is the brainchild behind our unique selling point and the architect of our business plans. He's a math nerd at heart, avid rugby player, dedicated family man, and driven entrepreneur. Working behind the scenes, Simon seamlessly connects the dots for EquiTech's strategy and growth.

Simon is a thoughtful and balanced thinker and hugely respected by colleagues and customers for his fairness. He has also managed to infect the office with country music and goes on like a broken record about Florida and Bud Light. If you ever need a recommendation for a country song or a fun fact about Florida, Simon's your guy!
